Google released Gemini 3.7 Flash, a faster and cheaper addition to its Gemini model lineup aimed at coding and AI-agent workloads, arriving just three weeks after Gemini 3.6 Flash.
The company touted measurable coding gains, including a jump from 34.4% to 43.6% on the FrontierCode 1.1 Main benchmark, and introduced discounted introductory pricing of 75 cents per million input tokens and $3.75 per million output tokens, roughly half the original cost of the prior Flash model. Google said the lower introductory pricing will hold through the end of 2026 before rising in January 2027.
The release notably landed ahead of the anticipated Gemini 3.5 Pro, an unusual sequencing that coincided with a reported reorganization inside Google DeepMind. Gemini 3.7 Flash is available immediately in Google's developer tools, including its Spark coding environment.
