Services are delivered as per mutually agreed proposals, scopes, and timelines.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use services only for lawful purposes
• Not misuse, copy, reverse engineer, or resell services without written consent

Payments & Billing

• Payments are governed by agreed proposals and invoices
• Delayed payments may impact service delivery
• Taxes are applicable as per law

Intellectual Property

All software, documents, designs, code, and materials created or provided by Increscent remain the intellectual property of Increscent Software Pvt. Ltd., unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Increscent shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Termination

The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of:

• Violation of these terms
• Non-payment
• Misuse of services

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
