Can I purchase Azure Reserved Instances through a CSP partner?

Yes — Azure Reservations (for VMs, SQL Database, and other eligible services) can be purchased through a CSP partner on your Azure Plan, the same way they can be purchased on a direct subscription. Your partner typically handles the purchase on your behalf based on your usage patterns.

Reservations are most valuable for workloads you know will run consistently over the committed period (usually 1 or 3 years) — for highly variable workloads, pay-as-you-go or Savings Plans may be a better fit.
