Do I need a separate Microsoft account if I move to CSP licensing?

No — you keep your existing Microsoft tenant (your organization's Azure AD/Entra ID directory). Moving to CSP licensing doesn't require creating a new tenant or a separate Microsoft account; it changes who bills and supports your existing tenant, not the tenant itself.
Your users keep the same sign-in credentials, and any existing Azure resources, Microsoft 365 mailboxes, or Dynamics 365 data remain exactly where they are. The partner-of-record relationship is layered on top of your existing tenant, not a replacement for it.
