How do Azure resource quotas work under a CSP Azure Plan?

Azure resource quotas (limits on things like VM cores per region, or number of certain resource types) work the same way under an Azure Plan as under any other subscription type — they're subscription-level limits set by Microsoft as default guardrails, not something unique to CSP billing.

If you hit a quota limit, the process to request an increase is the same regardless of billing model — typically through a support request, which your CSP partner can usually help submit and track on your behalf.
