CSP tends to be a good fit if you value having a single point of contact for licensing, billing, and support across Microsoft products, and you'd rather lean on a partner's expertise than manage Microsoft licensing entirely in-house. It's less of a fit if you have a large, specialized internal IT/licensing team already set up for direct Microsoft relationships, or if you need an Enterprise Agreement's specific terms for a very large organization.
The best way to decide is usually a conversation with a partner about your actual current setup and pain points, rather than trying to evaluate it in the abstract.
Not sure if CSP is the right fit for your business? We're happy to have a no-pressure conversation about your current setup.
