How quickly do Azure usage charges appear on my CSP partner invoice?

Azure usage is metered continuously, but it's typically aggregated and reflected on your invoice on a monthly billing cycle, similar to direct Azure billing. There can be a short delay between actual usage and when it's fully reflected in your partner's invoice, due to Microsoft's own usage reporting and reconciliation timing.

If you need near-real-time visibility into current spend rather than waiting for the invoice, Azure Cost Management within your own tenant shows usage data more immediately than the consolidated partner invoice will.
