Is there a minimum spend commitment with an Azure Plan through CSP?

Azure consumption itself is generally pay-for-what-you-use, without a mandatory minimum spend baked into the Azure Plan structure itself. That said, individual CSP partners may set their own minimum engagement terms as part of a service agreement — that's a partner-specific commercial decision, not a Microsoft-imposed Azure Plan requirement.

It's worth clarifying directly with a prospective partner whether they require any minimum monthly spend or contract length as part of their own terms.
