What happens to my Azure resources and data during a CSP partner transfer?

Nothing changes about your Azure resources or data during a partner-of-record transfer — they belong to your tenant and subscription, not to the partner. The transfer affects billing and administrative relationships only; your resource groups, VMs, databases, and configurations remain exactly as they were before, during, and after the switch.
